I has been 7 to 8 days and my parcel is not delivered yet.
When i track my parcel they are showing that the delivery is unsuccessful. However the rider hasn't even contacted me nor came to deliver the parcel.
The snug`s customer care is not responding well either. Hectic experience
This is my worst experience when it comes to delivery method. The company (Trax) they hire to deliver the parcel is so pathetic. They take 7 to 8 days to deliver and eventually the parcel doesn't get delivered. I have ordered 2 times and both time the parcel was not delivered even after waiting 8-10 days.
